Recruiting Support

The implementation of remote recruiting support is typically a very straightforward process that can be executed over periods of as short as two weeks. Where clients do not have a stand-alone recruiting operational process, the transition period can be even shorter. As a result, the CSM includes only four phases:

  • Initiation – Client provides overview of the business and key staffing requirements. For clients who are recruiting to support their own operations, this process involves gaining an understanding of the organization culture as well as required positions. For clients who are staffing for other organizations, this process includes a review of the clients’ client base and business focus. This phase includes a review of current staffing resources (other contractors, databases, other web sources, etc.) and preparation a draft Concept of Operations covering the entire recruiting process flow. Introduction to Applicant Tracking System and samples of searches may be provided. A draft SLA is prepared and negotiated, followed by contract execution.
  • Inception—Short planning phase focused on confirming preliminary information gathered during Initiation, confirmation of the recruiting process flow, development of scripts and profiles to be used by recruiters, new procedures for candidate review, test transaction processing for applicant tracking and reporting as well as job and staff data resources, establishment of standards, management and QA processes and an update of the Concept of Operations.
  • Transition—Initiates flow of job requisitions, begins production use of applicant tracking and reporting, training on new procedures, implementation of management processes, collection of feedback and adjustment of process flow. QA all processes and manage potential scope changes. Assist client with organization training and change management.
  • Support—Execute normal operational cycles, collecting assessment data to establish benchmarks for future productivity enhancements. Collect and analyze new recommendations and propose long term goals for client review. Manage and report against SLA.
